INTERVENTION – design
Since completing the third intervention, I’ve been reflecting on how to help socially anxious individuals who remain silent and hesitant to initiate communication gain the knowledge to improve their social interactions. This led me to the idea of creating a brochure that succinctly presents the theoretical symptoms of social anxiety while sharing the knowledge and experiences I’ve gathered from experts, including therapists and stage performers.
It will be a vibrant and warm-colored brochure, which makes it eye-catching as promotional material and gives readers a soothing feeling. I will design it as a trifold with double-sided printing, making it light and convenient for easy carrying and reading.
This brochure aims to support individuals with mild social anxiety by sharing professional therapeutic methods and practical everyday communication tips, helping them relieve their emotions and gradually improve their social behaviors, allowing them to engage in social life more confidently.
I will first print out the first version of the brochure and then share it with classmates, teachers, and therapists to seek their feedback. Whether it’s about the content or the layout, I will carefully listen to their suggestions and improve my brochure.
